ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: Clearing Your Record Online

In August 2015, Legal Services of New Jersey launched Clearing Your Record Online, a new initiative that helps users determine whether their New Jersey criminal record is expungeable and create and print forms to submit to the court. Clearing Your Record Online is an interactive online program created with the A2J Authoring SystemTM. It is integrated with instructional videos that explain the expungement process, LSNJ’s Clearing Your Record manual, and the LSNJLAWSM Hotline web intake for users who need additional legal advice.
