The following resources include information for veterans in New Jersey who have questions about COVID-19 and how it might effect VA services.

New Jersey VA Healthcare - This website contains information about VA healthcare options in New Jersey. It also contains information about changes and recommendations by the New Jersey VA Healthcare system due to coronavirus. Veterans with fever, cold, cough, or flu-like symptoms are urged to call their healthcare facility for advice before visiting it. It links to portals where veterans can sign up for secure messaging with VA healthcare providers and also VA Video Connect services for telemedicine. These include:

VA New Jersey Health Care Current Operating Status - As of March 25, 2020, there are some restrictions on visiting patients at the VA East Orange and Lyons facilities. The Morristown Community Based Outpatient Clinic facility is temporarily closed to in-person patient visits and the VA recommends using telehealth (phone or video) for scheduled appointments there.
