Remember, the timeframes for filing unemployment appeals are short (only 7 days from your receipt of a Notice of Determination for appeals to the Appeal Tribunal, and only 20 days from the mailing date of an Appeal Tribunal decision for appeals to the Board of Review), so you must act quickly to file your appeal!
