A: If the link has the symbol next to it, you may need to download the latest version of the free Acrobat Reader from the Adobe Web site.

Q: How do I print the information on the Web page?
A: You must have a printer connected to your computer in order to print. To print a Web page you are currently on, at the top of the browser's menu bar, click on the button that says Print.
