LSNJ's Tax Legal Assistance Program provides advice and legal representation in tax matters to low-income taxpayers.

Low-income taxpayers are eligible for free tax preparation assistance. If you qualify, someone may be able to complete and file your tax forms for you. View a list of Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) sites in your area.
