    • July 1, 2009 Important Changes to NJ FamilyCare Premiums - As of July 1, 2009, children enrolled in NJ FamilyCare Plan C (150%-200% of the poverty level) will no longer have to pay premiums. This public notice from the NJ Department of Human Services describes this important change and the annual premium increases for other NJ FamilyCare plans.
