    • Parenting Time: A Child's Right
(from the N.J. State Judiciary) - Discusses how parents can make a plan for how much time each of them will spend with their child or children. It suggests the use of a mediator if parents are unable to work this out themselves. Please note that it is not a good idea to use a mediator if there is any history of domestic violence between you and the other parent. If there has been domestic violence in your relationship, try to get legal advice from a private attorney or call the LSNJ LAW hotline at 1-888-LSNJ-LAW (1-888-576-5529).
