I have not had a change in circumstances

If you have not had a change in circumstances, then you do not need to file a motion asking to change the court order.  However, if the other parent is not complying with the present court order, you may need to file a motion to enforce the court order.

In order to apply to the court to enforce a custody/visitation order, you must have a copy of the order to attach to the papers that you will file with the court. If youdo not have a copy of the order you will need to get one
