  • Americans with Disabilities Act Frequently Asked Questions (from the Council for Disability Rights) - A useful site with information about the ADA in a Q&A format about employment, state and local government and public accomodations. There is also a section about telecommunications for the deaf. It is written by a disabled persons advocacy group.

  • Handling Your Psychiatric Disability in Work and School (from the Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation) - This site, sponsored by a Boston University program, provides information about the legal rights of people who experience discrimination based on their mental disability and the effects of mental illness on learning.

The ADA: Questions and Answers (from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) - This is also a useful collection of sites with information about the ADA in Q&A format. It is written and maintained by the EEOC, which is the main governmental agency that enforces the ADA.
